Such an amazing experience to see our dogs playing so well with new friends! Staff is all really friendly and helpful. And considering a bunch of dogs are running around constantly, the place feels pretty clean. My husband and I loved The Pack initially, for our dog who has a high energy drive. However, we came to find out, their customer service is horrible; they were extremely rude and insensitive to not only us but our pet. It is a shame because the concept is there but unfortunately, they’re lacking in compassion and care. View all feedback.

I love it but the prices of their food are a bit high for me.
