Izakaya - Concepcion

This restaurant in Concepcion deserves six out of five stars! The sushi here is authentic and delicious. The Rainbow Roll was amazing and the Sashimi was excellent. The best I've ever had. They don't serve salad, but I highly recommend the eel. The salmon was fantastic as well. It's a small, cozy place where I was able to easily find a seat when I arrived early. I came back at 8:00 on a Friday night for a second visit and it was just as good. The service is top-notch with great attention to detail. Overall, this is my absolute favorite restaurant in Concepcion. Congratulations to the staff for a job well done!
