I was hesitant to book this restaurant based on location, we tend to avoid the Concord Mills area but we love BJs in other locations so we gave it a try. The hostess was the only thing at all that could use any improvement. She didn’t greet us when we came in at all until I spoke to her encourage her to acknowledge us. We used to LOVE BJs Brewhouse in Orlando in the 2010s but the chain gas gone down hill with lower staff and higher prices. This is a trend post Covid. Beer was still good but prices have really gone up on food, which is expected to some degree but they used to have lower priced 1/2 orders of apps and things that made it unique.
