Desk staff was friendly and sat me at my table. Ambiance was cozy, not too many people but still enough where there was a small amount of noise, not a big deal. My waitress was kind and helpful, answered my questions about the menu and wifi password. Friday night reservations at 7:30. Our friends arrive at 7:30. Waiter is hovering to get a drink order. Brings the drinks and wants our order. When I tell him we want to catch up with our friends and enjoy our cocktails he tells us the kitchen is closing shortly. WTF!
