Today I went in after I showed up my eyes to order dinner. I was essentially blind because I couldn't read anything. I talked to the young woman at the counter and explained why I couldn't see, but I had a gift card that I would like to use. This walking woman took the time to load the app I needed on my phone, help me to be signed and connect my gift card. She went beyond and beyond what she had to do. Unfortunately... What User doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
Staff are sweet, but do not pay attention to detail when it comes to indulging or preparing food. I ordered Veggie Chili and got beef chili. I realized a few bites. I'm a vegetarian, and I haven't eaten any meat in four years, so that's discouraging me. More attention to detail and not to rush food, just to get it out, would make this place much better. I love Mcalister, but I will not return to this place. View all feedback.

Great sandwiches and love the Strawberry Lemonade. Such a nice group of employees too!

"We went to McNinch for a one year anniversary on Feb 11th. They may call themselves fine dining, but the quality of food is the most lackluster experience for the price they charged is an understatement. It was a pre-chosen menu of the cheapest foods on their normal menu. First course: barely warm french onion soup with a tiny piece of bread floating. Second course: endive salad that was odd. Third course: lobster ravioli. Fourth course: it tasted like microwaved chopped up duck meat stuffed in a phyllo dough. Boiling hot in the inside, barely warm on the outside. We didn’t eat this after one bite each. Fifth course: some type of doughy custard with fruit. We didn’t eat this either. There were wine pairings with this meal. We may have had a total of two glasses. All of this for $250 each plus automatic gratuity of 20%. After this meal, we actually left and had dinner somewhere else. They did apologize to us, and invited us back on a normal night. Why would I come back and spend $500 again?"
