4.5 stars This is definitely the best bagel I?ve had so far in the greater/CLT area. I got a bacon egg cheese on a salt bagel. The be c was excellent! the bagel texture is authentic, chewy NYC style, not the soft kind you find at Einstein orBreugger?s. Only knocking half a star because this salt bagel was truly the saltiest salt bagel I?ve ever had and I love saltbagels. Knock half off the top and it would have been perfect. Customer service and speed of service was excellent and the shopwas tidy. Will definitely make the hike out to concord to come back!.

This place has gone down terribly. First off I drove an hour from my home to this deli on my way to great wolf lodge and they told me they turn the grill off 30 to 45 minutes before closing. Who does that? I was excited for a Bacon Egg n Cheese. Thelady told me she could be bacon over egg salad and give that to me. ????.. We decided to do breakfast the next day and door dashit.
