only had a few bad experiences delivery over an hour, totally wrong ordering, missing items, but we have ordered from them religious for over a year and the good outweigh the bad and the bad can usually up to short staff or training problems. just a tip order online instead of calling tends to lead to mess-ups when they get someone who needs more training. it just happened twice, but the manager was quick to react. cut off again. I order a large 2 topping pizza well made. I got a burned pizza. it was so hard to chew. we threw it out. it is so sad that this was a second attempt to make the pizza according to papa john standards. my district manager would be over me. randlock, cheeselock, lack of hits. cooked well done is light brown not black. lol!
