Slow drive-thru took forever just to get my meal, the cashier took my card for payment and literally had it like 10 minutes instead of swiping it and handing it back to me immediately like every other restaurant does. They shouldn't be doing that and holding onto customer cards. Food is good but the staff acts like they didn't want to be
I had to repeat my order numerous times and I asked to have lettuce and tomatoes added to my sandwich. When I got to the window, I repeated my order and asked if they put the lettuce and tomatoes on and the employee said yes. Well when I got to my destination and opened my sandwich... guess what was missing? Lettuce and tomatoes.

I also had to ask for ketchup and didn't realize there were no napkins at all in the bag until I got home. Terrible customer service, and food. Fast food restaurants are charging way too much now for mediocre food and service.
The service is quick, but I asked for no red sauce on my sandwich and it still came with red sauce.
