What Google user likes about Atlanta Marriott Northeast/emory Area:
We had a fire in our apartment building and the staff here was wonderfully helpful especially Betsy Gavin who helped us find extended accommodations at an affiliated location. The staff helped with issues with our cat and many other items we needed since we had no access to our person things. THE MARRIOTT SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR CANCELING OUR RESERVATIONS!!!!! We came into town for Taylor Swift and had our hotel booked here for two months. We had email confirmations and spoke with them earlier this week. When we called day of, they cancelled our reservation and refused to honor it!!!
