We had the pleasure of staying here twice in a week due to the craziness of the Delta meltdown. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were working overtime to get us in rooms at 10am rather than 4pm because we were all exhausted. What Katerah Wynn doesn't like about Concorde Grill:
I was disappointed with Ms Diajmon (diamond) the manager it was frustrating being displaced by Delta and knowing they blocked off rooms for their employees and she gave me a hard time trying to get access to a room. After speaking with another Delta flight attendant who stayed here they did not have the same experience as me and no one rushed them or gave them a hard time about checking out of their room. Clean spacious and modern property. Missed our flight and we were able to check in get a bath change and get ready to leave in a few hours. Friendly staff.
