I had an order thru Door Dash and a nice young lady called me to let me know they didn't have an ingredient to complete my order..I was given another option and because she took the time to call and ask, aside from their food being good, that level of customer service is why I will come here. I am so disappointed. Wow. I used to be a die hard Edgewood Pizza fan when I lived on Edgewood and was so excited when I saw one opened up on the west end. 1. Service is trash. I walked in to pick up my order and the cashier was smoking a hookah and aggressively texting someone for a full 2 mins before even acknowledging me 2.
