Lotus

What David Duncan likes about Lotus:
Ordered black pepper chicken for a nice, light lunch. I came in expecting something breaded and fried and was pleasantly surprised by the lighter flavors and preparation. The lunch special was reasonably priced, although the portion wasn't too large. Extremely clean space and pretty quick food preparation (though it wasn't busy at all when I went). View all feedback.

What David Duncan doesn't like about Lotus:
Since new ownership the customer service has gone to hell. New owner, specifically the woman, shows no appreciation for a valued customer. Interaction is like a buy and get out presentation. Do not ask for condiments because they are treated as sold separately. I wanted my money back after dealing with this establishment and the desensitized woman who runs the front end.
