The pizza was good, the crust could have cooked a little longer. Maybe I will try well-done as the baking option next time. Went during lunch on the weekday and I was surprised at how fast my order was ready. The inside prep area was clean which made me feel good. This place is incapable of cutting a pizza in squares no matter how many times I order and specify. Their reccomendation is to order and then call, but wait, there is no way to get a hold of them because PJ Corporate has installed a call center line. Totally incompetent. Move HQ back to Louisville and bring back John S. He knew how to be customer focused. read more.
