It was fascinating to see how this huge place operates. Always making ahead what people will want--to make it a fast experience. We had bacon burger (dry), chili cheese dog (needing more flavor), peach hand pie, chocolate shake and fries. All ready in just a few minutes. The onion rings and chocolate shake were very good. What donna d doesn't like about Varsity Food Truck:
airport location- slow service, The burger is flat, dry with just meat and cheese, fries limp and greasy. Plus I was sad to see that the person taking payment, touching the register, etc. with gloves on also turns around and wraps up the burgers in the wax paper after handling the items out front. The restaurant also takes credit cards from the common providers for payment, And into the accessible spaces also come guests with wheelchairs or physical disabilities.
