The cuisine is good but each dish evoked a criticism... amuse bouche made with very salty Dubarry cream... fillet of sea bream coconut milk turmeric too sweet for our taste..... The extra cheese whatever it is the level of menu chosen (at more than 80 euros was a bit shocking to us) Chocolate dessert made with fresh raspberries in December which lacked flavor. The presence of... espuma sauce in each dish gives a sensation of volume of preparation without real justification in certain culinary preparations. It nevertheless remains a good regional restaurant with a good welcome in a sober and pleasant setting.
