We have enjoyed going to the Black Forest Inn for years. We thoroughly enjoy the Sunday brunch. We have gone there often. It always pleases. We attended a dinner show, in September. I had to be talked into going to the Black Forest Inn by friends for the Sunday buffet who claimed it was a great deal. Buffet food was terrible. They did not refill the soup station at 12.30 in the afternoon. How difficult is it to cook prime rib and chicken?? They were both overcooked - dry and tough. Vegetables were passable. This is an old fashioned place Dinner is buffet style with a reasonable selection.
We had the opportunity to come here while visiting w/ family. It is a nice place, a little on the older side, that seems to be in the middle of nowhere.
