"Ordered the large cod and chips not sure if you can call this a large seems half the fish swam away esp when I removed the batter tbh would say chips and fish was tasting great just a pity it was not a large felt...done in also if this is large what’s a small ???"

"I have been coming here for 15 years (sometimes staying in the Chateau, which is lovely) and I haven’t had a bad meal yet. This was no exception. First day of a new menu and it was faultless both service and food. OH hasn’t stopped talking about it even though he has been many times before. They have updated the decor to good effect and they now leave the wine on the table. All good. The menu gourmand is not the cheapest in the area but everything is included and I think it’s excellent value. Highly recommended."

"Affordable menu and very good the circumstances of our coming were not festive, but the waitress knew how to listen to us. Maybe one or two more degrees in the room would have been good, but was it still the pain we had a little cold? I recommend"

"Un menu à 18 euros pour une entrée, un plat et un dessert , avec un choix assez large, qui change semble t il selon le marché. J'ai bien aimé le wok aux crevettes et les desserts faits maison étaient bons. Le tartare au saumon par contre laissait à désirer..."
