"Good place for a lunch. Offer gluten free bread, so possible to choose from their club sandwiches etc, and allergens are marked on their menu. Food good quality, and seats inside and out. Free car park five mins walk away."

City: Maam cross (near Conga), Maam Cross, Connemara, Maam cross, Ireland
"Nice base for Connemara day tripping. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and went out of their way to help but they were a bit thin on the ground at times (but I know it’s been hard to get staff due to Covid) The room was clean and reasonable size but with no A/C it meant leaving relatively small window open all night which was a little noisy as the hotel is right beside a main road. The power from the shower was phenomenal and the bath filled up in no time. The menu at the restaurant was quite limited and seemed to get smaller each night we were there and it seemed quite expensive, which probably explained why it was mostly empty. Overall it had the feel of a place re-finding its feet during a difficult time. I’m sure once things get back to normal it’ll be a lovely spot!"
