Our experience was terrific. Iâd requested to be seated at the upper level room and, as always, our request was granted, making our group most comfortable. There were of us and everyone ordered something different from an interesting and extensive menu. It was unanimous! The food was terrific. I was here about six times. I'm never disappointed! The food is fresh and perfectly cooked. The monkfish is consistently good. The Calamari, homemade chips and filled mushrooms are delish. Loves the Mac and cheese. The Bolognese is perfect. Would you like to eat consolation? Try the Goulash! Love it. The staff is amazing, drinks are amazing. My new favorite place in Rockland safe!
Where do I start? The station kitchen and bar, Congers, NY was cozy and warm with a autumn atmosphere. I decided to sit at the bar, was greeted by Mark, who is very gifted and, I now call him my personal mixedologist. The selection of beer and wines is also very welcoming. I was excited to see so many dishes from appetizers, entrées and desserts. I was recommended to try the Ricotta meatball appetizer. My grandmother would be so impressed. The meatballs were so moist and juicy that they fell apart with a fork and also a generous part of Ricotta cheese above. It melted in your mouth, what can I say, but YUMMY! Another appetizer we tried were the filled mushrooms that were only DELISH! When I looked around all the guests in the dining room, everyone seemed so excited to be here. Simple listening music made the guests talk so easy. Great place to family, friends, or just a romantic dinner. In the dining room at other dishes, the portions were plentiful. With such a busy dining room it was amazing to watch Mark so quiet. Mark is already set up for outdoor thing, which I look forward to the Essen al fresco. My entrée was slowly braided pork, accompanied by potato croute and Julián vegetables. The flesh fell from the bone. It was difficult to make my Entrée selection, and I am very happy to come back real soon and try all his dishes on the menu. Anyone who appreciates a good and friendly service will notice the drive of the staff for excellence, because they were watching exactly what I saw “excellence”! The servers actually came to the bar where I sat and presented themselves with such a warm welcome. The entire experience of the minute I went until I left was excellent. Loves the station kitchen. We eat light and love to make a small meal from the delicious appetizers. Mark made the best cosmopolitan I had in a very long time. So a warm and welcoming place with delicious food and great service.
I often command from here and the place is great. Tonight, my friends and I have set an order to pick up a mistake. When I came home and realized what happened, they called me and asked me to come back in ten minutes. When we arrived there, the mistake was not only corrected, but they sent us home with dessert and a gift card to use on our future meals. I never had a situation that was solved so expediently and politely. I really appreciated the effort. After I cost most of the menus, I can confidently say that I highly recommend this restaurant. They won't be disappointed.
The food was amazing!! The service was phenomenal!!! Definitely will go back!!! The best dirty martinis !!!!
