I go to starbucks on south and north 336 as well as this one. Recently came to this one and was told “you have to wait until the time on your mobile order to pick up”. As a former starbucks partner, I know this isn’t true. As a customer, this doesn’t make sense. There are times that it isn’t busy and mobile orders are made immediately, so why ask someone to wait until the 15 minutes of “mobile prep” time is up? When... View all feedback.
Rude staff, filthy bathroom lobby, our order was wrong. Lexi couldnt be bothered to answer any questions and had a rude tone.
Do not go to this place if you want a nitro cold brew. This is equivalent to the mcflurries at McDonald 's...their machine will not work .

I never write reviews but I went out of my way to write one because the girl that made my coffee (she’s made my coffee a few times) is amazing she’s super sweet and knows exactly how to make a good coffee perfect every time and great customer service! I really wish I got her name she is young and works morning shifts I believe because I’m always there around 11 AM. She needs a raise lol
