Blackfish is great. I made the 7 course tasting twice, and the 5 course once. The 5 course was able to join a Pescatarian while he was still full of diversity. The waiters are attentive, and each court has a thoughtful intention. I've always been incredibly happy with the experience. Appetizer was good and main dishes were excellent. The creme brulee came out burned on top so that part was inedible but the custard underneath was good.
