"If you want to eat something, or just for a drink , that's the place. Loved the cocktails and my friends enjoyed the pasta. I am not that much into italian food so I had a tasty burger!"

"I discovered this place during some days spent this summer in Constanta. I totally hate the fancy restaurants in the port old city area, I believe there's nothing outstanding there, just the location, so I searched for a restaurant where the focus would be the flavor, the quality of the products. So I found Tara's Gastropub. Yeah, no seaview, no fancy location, but the food here is simply stunning starting with the basic french fries and finishing with the most sophisticated dishes inspired from the greek, turkish or asian cuisine. The service? A M A Z I NG !!! One of the few places where the tips is well deserved. The atmosphere? Relaxing and quiet. I like it so much that it became my favorite restaurant on the entire coast."

"Noi Cafe is a cool laid back place. They have a resident cat and a small reading corner for kids and an exclusive mezzanine floor for small private gatherings. You do not have to worry about parking as it is easily available. The staff were really warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about everything they serve. The starters, mains, and dessert were really tasty and makes you want to go back for more. I would recommend this place 100% to all. The only thing I would like to suggest is have one or two staff more."
