What User likes about New Safari:
The New Safari (I don't know about any old one) is a little oddly situated; when walking down the street You pass an old Greek Orthodox church, a Victorian styled theatre, playing Gypsy children, an etablissement for questionable services and finally the New Safari. fish, chiken or pasta, everything was just as expected. the view of the black sea, the constanta beach and the tomis tourist harbour are a plus.
