Ho soggiornato nella camera 104 con impianto TV non funzionante aria condizionata molto rumorosa e la porta della doccia che stava cadendo. Il personale sui piani non preparata per svolgere il lavoro in un albergo di 4 stelle dove il letto è la pulizia della camera è opzionale e a la discrezione della cameriera View all feedback.

"We waited 20min to find out you have to order at the till. After placing the order we realised we had to wait at the bar to receive drinks, food was brought to us. It was very tasty, but service was terrible. At the end of the meal a kind waiter apologised for the experience and explained two chefs quit on that day and he's about to quit as well. He told us the owner is a greedy man that hires chefs of Asian descent without a contract and they've been working for the last two months for free and will never be paid. They cooked us delicious food anyway so it's even more sad. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I hope the owner will be prosecuted. Avoid the place, please"

"The only nice thing to say about this food is the view. Food is not amazing and the service is terrible. You have to look like an old white 60-year-old man to treat you like a human being. I was there with my friend and it took us 20 minutes to get the check and every 5 minutes after they got the food they came one after the other to see if they can take the plates even though we still eat. Some eat slowly!"

"Noi Cafe is chilled, laid back, stilish place. Marvis, the resident cat makes the place even nicer. There is a small reading corner for kids and the place is super kid friendly. The outside terrace also has a corner for kids. Super easy to park just ouyside the place, no need to worry about it. The waiter is really warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about what he serves. We had chicken schnitzel with fries and a chicken quesadilla, for my taste the quesadilla was a little too spicy but super delicious anyway. The tea and cocktails are also really yummy. The prices are great for the quality you get."
