Update: I am raising my rating from one star to five due to the excellent response I received after filing a complaint with the corporate offices. They were quick to address my concerns and make things right. I understand that there may have been a misunderstanding or lack of guidance for the employees at this location. I will give them another chance in the future. View all feedback. What Tyshawn Anderson doesn't like about Arby's:
The mac and cheese cups had hardly any macaroni and cheese in them, and were tossed haphazardly to the side in an attempt to hide the fact that they were not properly filled. This has happened a few times before, and each time the cups were less and less filled. View all feedback.
