You have to have their app to use any other coupons even the coupons that are advertised on national TV
Phone order was fast and accurate. Sandwiches were excellent, on par with the JJ standards. Customer care was a little flat.
Love their bread. Sad I have to drive 45 mins for some Jimmy Johns.
