Visited the Llandudno Christmas Fair last weekend and discovered the stall selling Cheshire pies etc...all looked tempting..but settled on a Steak pie,Cornish pasties,and a Chilli Pork pie...took them home for tea back to the Wirral....Good God..!!..these are the best pies known to man...pastry so short it melts in the mouth..fillings!...don't get me started....rammed to the gills with fillings..absolutely gorguss......
