"Walking into this place gives me an instant feeling of joy and excitement… just as they say “like a kid in a candy store.” Each time I go in I notice something new it’s an adventure! The ice cream is delicious and the staff is friendly and social. It’s become a regular treat for my kids (and myself). Sometimes the line is very long but don’t let that discourage you from going! They have plenty of Scoops team members that get the line moving super quick!"

"I visited here with my friend for girls dinner . It was great. Not crowded, not busy,food was hot, and wait time wasn't that long for the food. They sat us quickly and our server was nice. I ordered the seafood boil of crayfish, shrimp, and crab legclusters which came with corn and potatoes. I got it mild with rocking seasoning. It was good wish it had more seasoning on itbut it was fresh. I will visit again."

"Food is great, customer service IS HORRIBLE, you never tell a customer that they’re too busy to answer to go orders over the phone. They made it seem like they could care less if I spend my money with them or not. I have been coming to this shack for years and years to come but I have never been treated like you don’t care about my service from a Black own business company. Smh we do it to our own people because we don’t know how to treat each other."

"Originally rated this a 5 stars but these past couple of months have been unpleasant. The people behind the counter don't know anything about the product they're selling, (they told me I was buying a cranberry pecan muffin but it turned out to be chocolate chip), they run out of product way too fast, and I've been questioning how fresh the product is as well (stuff has been super dry and not so tasty). I'm not sure if it is because they're short staffed but someone needs to step up and get things running better."
