We came in with a coupon on the Popeyes app, before I could explain what I wanted, the manager stated you got to order online. I explained to her I chose the option to redeem in the restaurant, she replied you got to give it to the cashier. (He had just stated he didn't know how to apply the coupon. She then called the cashier away to get ice. There was at least six people in line after me.
