Nostimo Pizza is a family-owned and operated traditional pizzeria located within the BIG4 Stuart Range Outback Resort. Whether you choose to dine in or take away, our menu offers a wide range of options including traditional toppings, gourmet delights, and gluten-free bases. Our fully licensed establishment also hosts a happy hour every Wednesday from 6-7pm. For dining in, last orders are at 7.30pm, while takeaway orders can be made until 8.30pm. If you're planning on joining our afternoon Outback Bus Tour, feel free to pre-order your meal and receive a 10% discount. We are open from 5pm to 9pm, every night of the week during the peak winter months (April to October). Please be aware that we do close temporarily during the quiet season (November to March).
