Very Lousy communication and customer experience!!!!!! I booked a room in April 2023. Later my plans changed. At least ten phone calls an six emails later, I was finally able to cancel due to my travel changes. Nobody answers the phone. Website is useless. Very poor customer experience!! View all feedback.
