What User doesn't like about Kuài Zi Lóu:
their Kovid system is absolutely terrible! for picking up when they call and order the food, they want to call them as soon as they come here, but when they call the line is always busy so that they are on the parking for 15-20 minutes at a time for someone to answer the phone. I don't think they're waiting. Eating is good, but they have to work on the phone problem or a better system for kovid. View all feedback.
