I note people have taken exception at the service they did or did not receive. We arrived in the middle of covid restrictions and were told to wait outside until the numbers at the counter went down. My partner and I went in to order some breakfast. On entry we were greeted (I use the term very loosely) by an older couple. I asked if we could get a table for breakfast (there was no one in the cafe) they asked if I had a booking to which I replied ‘no’ the older lady then informed me “we are only taking bookings this morning” I then asked if they were fully booked” and looked around at the empty cafe.
