"Treat so rude to the woman who takes orders. My husband sat on a table for two (no reserved sign) nowhere says it, wait to sit and no one approached us when we arrived. I gave up our order, just like we did when we were there before. When it was time to order me, I was suddenly asked if I had a reservation, I said no (has never needed a reservation), and said that we found a table and asked that a problem. She said I don't know if his reserved , I said there was no reserved sign on it, she said that 's the problem nobody is waiting!!!! I said no problem, and we left. If you want people to wait to stay sitting, make this clear and have someone in front of the house to sit people! We live in Wagga and try to support small businesses in the region, after eating in your facility we would have visited other small businesses and undoubtedly made some purchases. As it turned out, we went back to Wagga and spent our lunch dollars in Mates Gully, which was as always a very positive experience. They are in the hospitality industry, as we have been treated, is anything but hospitable. Being busy is a good thing, do not take your frustration organized at being unorganized on your customers."
