“Manager” does not fix problems. Ordered something and she gave me wrong thing and then said I ordered wrong and too bad did not get what I paid for!. Did not want to take accountability for her mistake and did not fix problem. She also did not give me my receipt. We are not here asking for free food. I contacted KFC and they will be notifying leaders and also gave me a voucher for next time. KFC train your so called “managers” better so they know how to resolve a small problem! Unacceptable!
