What MarkTwain doesn't like about Casa Toro Mexican Grill:
The amount of rice u get is measured from the cooks filling a container the size of something they put ketchup in. Typically a little black cup. The shrimp tacos had only two shrimp in each of three tacos for 20 dollars. The shells were about half the size of the typical shells u get at the supermarket and were over cooked and brittle.
