Decided to have a cup of coffee after an doctor's appt. but after seeing the menu decided to have lunch... so many choices. Had the fish of the day with chips and salad. A lovely fresh fish (not frozen) and crispy chips and very nice salad. Staff very friendly and quick with orders, place nicely renovated and clean and fresh. read more.

What Di G doesn't like about Cooronbong Takeaway:
Sadly this cafe serves coffee in paper cups and food in cardboard containers. Such a let down compared to what it used to be. Service is lovely and I am really sorry to say this but coffee is like dish water instant coffee would be better than serving what is supposed to be barista coffee I actually threw my flat white in the bin it was that bad. By far the best takeaway I’ve been to. Great menu, friendly staff, awesome coffee and the food is always top notch!! Never had a bad meal whether it be breakfas...

"I ordered the mushrooms poached eggs on toast(as per menu), it came out with kale I think a pesto butter on the sourdough, if I had known it came with extras, I would've ordered them without, I picked around ate the eggs... mushrooms, what I could anyway, the kale was everywhere,wife ordered eggs benny, it came on 2 big slices of sourdough, should just use one slice,sorry but won't be back"

"2nd visit to this lovely restaurant, and we were very disappointed in the service. we were a party of 5, we arrived first and were seated at our table, the rest of our party arrived 10 minutes later and were told there was no booking(different...waiter). We had to ask for drinks after being there 20 minutes, the waiter slopped water when refilling our glasses, didn't apologise or clean it up. The food as always is very good and lots of it, but we were very disappointed with the service as we continually had to ask where our drinks were, at on stage we even went to the bar and asked another waiter and got our drinks immediately, we will give them one more chance, hopefully their service improves."

"So often as they see advertised on the internet is so beautified that they can be disappointed, however, we were blown away with everything. the place is absolutely stunning and so much better than the pictures, the food....oh my good quality. large large portions that tasted amazing. the service was excellent, a small tipp if they don't see something on the drink menu, ask them simply, they can have it in the back. we felt like a chablis that wasn't on the menu, but still asked, happy we found a 3 choices of chablis and the ones we chose was fabulous. good the ride. 11 stars of 10."
