Beyond The Pale - Coorparoo

This place has a really nice atmosphere for a few drinks and food. We tried a few of the snack plates to share as the main menu was about to finish at 8pm and was also much smaller than the one on their website. They were all tasty enough but nothing fantastic. The sangria jugs tasted good but were very watered down so not great value for money.

The food was delicious. My portion left me wishing it was bigger, but other dishes seemed to be bigger. Good, timely service. The menu had a variety of cuisine on offer. Smallish restaurant. Clean. Drinks reasonably priced. Parking super easy downstairs under the Aldi.

Prior to my doctor’s appointment, I stole the time to have a caffeine top up. Walked in this new establishment and this cafe was the first one came across my sight. Rushed to get a flat white from the take-away counter. Service was friendly and proficient. Coffee-wise, not bad at all with nice presentation and strong taste that matched my palate well. I absolutely love this place. If only there were of these venues in my area. Somewhere kool with beer on tab and amazing food. You could literally spends hours here. Great service. Staff were amazing. They work hard and you can see it. Th e food was excellent. Their calamari was so fresh and crunchy. Not stringy at all. Perfectly crumbed and their wings. Perfect. The buffalo flavour was spot on. I will be back to try their fish tacos. It looked amazing. Pimms on tab. What more can l say. Excellent locations. Can't wait to come back.

Breakfast was tasty big breakfast and the potato stack with pork.<br/ Big breakfast was huge and satisfying. <br/ <br/ Nice crispy house made hash browns (potato stack) and the pork was much better than most of the dried and shredded 'pulled ' stuff around the place.<br/ Coffee was really nice too.
