Love, love, love Andy's just don't love this location. I'd give this location a 3, but I don't want to hurty Andy's reputation too much. This location is dramatically understaffed for the level of traffic, and after waiting almost 25 minutes to get our ice cream, we got home and put it in the freezer to harden it up a bit. I've had great experiences in the past, that's why it pains me to write this. This past Monday I went by to get a treat for my six year old. The Snow Monster is his favorite. The employee told me they were out of the melted chocolate chip but he would substitute hot fudge. It wasn't the same plus there was only two small strawberries in the cup. "Where do I begin? When you walk in, you’re immediately treated like family. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing that you feel right at home! The service is impeccable! The owner and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Now, the food is unbelievable! I’m Ukrainian, and my husband is American. We both couldn’t have been happier with the food! We ordered A LOT (beef tongue, Russian style herring, borscht, Turkish liver, manti, plov, lamb ribs kebab, buckwheat kasha with mushrooms, and Napoleon). Every dish was so spectacular that we had to come back for dinner the next day! Sadly, we live 4 hours away, but this will be our only go-to restaurant every time we’re in Dallas!"
