What Whitney Medley doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I was told the steak would be ready in 5 minutes. I ordered the rest of my food and waited over 12 minutes on the steak to be ready. I asked the rude Manager, Roxanne, if someone can re-make the rest of my food since it’s now cold and she was so rude and refused. I tried to get a refund for my meals but the Cashier lost one of my receipts so they charged me $10.32 and I walked out with no food. I called Corporate and... View all feedback.
