"Unfortunately the evening didn't start well, we had reserved, but it wasn't a table anymore. then we read one of them until we were placed in the next room table and chairs. so we got another place. even if the staff were friendly, the service left to wish. we waited until everyone had a drink almost 30 minutes. this is a little unfavorable if you want to start a birthday together. also eating has taken quite a long time and did not come at the same time. it was generally difficult to catch one of the waiters in the next room. the food was in order. for my taste something too salty, but okay. the ambiente is cozy, but a little wild. I don't know if we had a bad day or if it's always like that. the prices were okay, but for the ambiente and the service already in the upper range. 7.90€ for a glass wee is then more expensive. therefore a total of 3 stars. maybe you have more luck on another day"

"Der Balkangrill ist ein kleines, nettes, beliebtes "jugoslawisches ' Restaurant in Gronau. Ich kenne die Balkan Küche nicht so genau, dass ich die Gerichte einem der 5 neuen Staaten zuordnen könnte. Das Essen ist wie zu erwarten fleischlastig mit großen Portionen und schmeckt sehr gut. Obwohl die Tische wegen Corona durch große, auf Stuhlhöhe hängende Plastikplatten voneinander abgegrenzt sind, ist die Atmosphäre gemütlich und der Wirt ist supernett."

"The stuffed pizza is a dream. I grew up near Hameln and therefore this pizza was like a tradition for us. Unfortunately I moved away, but I must have this pizza on my way back! Super nice staff, manageable menu and incredibly delicious food. Always happy!"
