We stayed next door to the restaurant during our last visit to Copper. I wasn’t expecting much when we arrived but the entire experience from beginning to end was top shelf. Bruce was our server. He was attentive, timely, and had great recommendations off the menu and from the bar. Really, I don 't know. Went to eat here on a Sunday night in August. A hand scrawled sign on the door said closed. This was height of summer season. Today, height of spring vacation, the ski resort is packed, I called to see if I could get a reservation, and the message said closed till 3/17. That 's at least 4 days closed. Makes no sense. The food is good, a respectable portion size, and a good price for a ski village. Our server was amazing and haldling the whole restaurant it seemed like.
