We stayed next door to the restaurant during our last visit to Copper. I wasn’t expecting much when we arrived but the entire experience from beginning to end was top shelf. Bruce was our server. He was attentive, timely, and had great recommendations off the menu and from the bar. Really, I don 't know. Went to eat here on a Sunday night in August. A hand scrawled sign on the door said closed. This was height of summer season. Today, height of spring vacation, the ski resort is packed, I called to see if I could get a reservation, and the message said closed till 3/17. That 's at least 4 days closed. Makes no sense. Maybe some day I 'll eat here. View all feedback.
The pizza was amazing and so was the spaghetti. It was our last night in town and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was great as well.
