Wrnt to eat BBQ as we heard they had purchased a new expensive smoker. Ordered the brisket with mustard based BBQ sauce. The brisket was barely warm, rubbery and hard to cut. Having lived in hard-core BBQ states, South Carolina and Texas, I was expecting at least something that was passable. I was disappointed.
