Not sure why this location is rated so poorly, I had a great experience. When I came in they seemed a tad short staffed but everyone assured me they would take my order in just a moment as they were busy with drive thru. Not sure if they're understaffed or I just came during dinner time. But the wait was extremely long for chicken just like all the other reviews. I also received a 10-piece instead of a 12 piece and realized it when I got home 7 miles away. I wasn't going to count chicken in my car and was hoping that these people knew what they were doing.
