Went to the Copa with a group of 12 people for lunch today. It is a Hong Kong style Chinese Restaurant. They have a large Menu to choose from. I had Vegetable Vermicelli, which was very good. Although the food was ok, the service was awful. We had to hunt down the waiter constantly. And when we left we walked to the side of the restaurant and were shocked at what we saw. One of the chefs was outside smoking, standing in the middle of a huge pile of grease-covered garbage which had fallen out of the dumpster and was blowing across the parking lot.
