Denny's - Coquitlam

Our Server Rick was very efficient and excellent. Everything was excellent, except they didn’t have blue cheese dressing they had run out. My favourite Cobb Salad w Prime Rib was spectacular as usual.

Absolutely loved the establishment. Our waiter Cat made us feel welcomed and checked on us adequately. She made our children laugh. The food was amazing (way better than Americas) and beyond worth the price.

Denny’s Coquitlam at Austin. I ordered a fish chips and they gave me a smelly fish. I explained that I ordered a fish chips. And they gave me a smelly fish. In the photo it shows fried fish chips, like a typical fish chips. When I explained to the manager that I got the wrong order that the fish I got is the smelly grilled fish. That I don’t eat this type of fish. The manager pointed out to me that I ordered the wrong item. In other words, the customer service is horrible. I never encounter a restaurant like this. Therefore, I will not ever go back again in this restaurant. Worst customer service. Definitely I will not recommend this restaurant. If you see the photo, this is far away from fish and chips. A good customer service would be: Sorry that we did not understand each other. How can we correct and satisfy what you pay. Instead, the manager blamed me that I ordered the wrong item. I regret what I pay and clearly the manager is not helpful at all.

Service was nice, food tasted okay, wait was long. Maybe due to being understaffed, the hash brown wasn’t their usual golden brown and crispy. Bacon was also less crispy compared to usual.

The restaurant was very good, The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect too, we ate pancakes and drank coffee and orange juice, Maybe it should have more options for coffee, maybe cappuccino, latte, etc. In general I'll be back soon!
