Been ordering from them for years, but the last time I ordered it took them over an hour and 20 minutes to deliver the pizza. I called and let them know that the pizza was cold. Customer service gave me a credit for the pizza. But guess what I'm pick up only now. So they are punishing me for letting them know that the pizza was cold.
