I was in your store at 8:30 this morning. I asked a clerk in dairy (I believe his name tag was Amir) if you carried a particular product. Together we were unable to locate. However I continued shopping and was mid store when the clerk went out of his way to find me and inform me he found the product I was seeking. Great Customer Service! Thank you Jack W. What cody gotten doesn't like about Real Canadian Superstore Lougheed Highway:
This store pricing matching policies suck. After complaining to customer service I learned Superstore that you will only match competitors that are nearby. I understand there was a change in policy 1.5-2 years. This really is false advertising. As well, purposely reducing the number of cashiers so you have to wait in line to price match sucks as well. View all feedback.
