Lineups outside the door. They recently removed all tables and chairs which adversely affects the coffee shop experience. The prices at this location are higher than other locations. Wait times are long considering the amount of staffing. Only one person taking orders and one barista for this busy location while other staff not helping to take and/or prepare orders.
