We were hungry after the guitar foundation classical guitar concert at the Coral Gables museum. So we did a quick search and found the Canton Chinese restaurant was still open on a Sunday evening. It seemed quite strange that there were so few restaurants open in Coral Gables on Sunday night. The 'hot sour ' soup I had did not taste anything like the hot and sour soup I know. The special fried rice and the special lo mien was so tasteless. These included not only the rice or the noodles but also all the ingredients i.e. the chicken, shrimps, b 'b 'q pork, etc. We ordered wine from Chile but was given wine from Argentina.
